Gilbert here. I am 71 years old. I have a problem of remaining in stomach for longer time with belching and burping issues.And because of this problem, there is acid reflux. Can you suggest the best remedies?

This happens because: – As you get older, things slow down. – Your digestion gets weaker. – Food sits and makes gas and acid. So, antacids will only help for a little bit.
