How can I lighten my dark circles and achieve glowing skin? - #49578

Hi I m 22 years old . I have dark circles from birth even my parents has it is there any way i lighten those or to prevent it or is there anything to follow to make face glowing like red . I am already following healthy diet haven’t even touched any fried junk or heavy oily foods from last few months as i have fatty liver . I can continue this if there is anything helpful for me

1. Internal Medicines
-Triphala Churna: ½ tsp with warm water at bedtime – detox & skin glow

Firstly detox your body with ayurvedic herbs
Panchtikakta ghrita 5 ml hs or erand tail 5 ml hs
Second improve your diet and lifestyle.
1.Avoid Late night sleep and decrease screen time.
2. 4-5 litre water intake
3. T.Kaishore gugglu 2 tab bd eat after crushing with teeth.
4. Sarivadi asav plus khadirasav 20 ml bd
5. Stop using oil ,cream and face soap only use water base facewash  or any modern medicine cream for acne.
