Long-term Internal Body Odor and Bad Breath Issues - #49653

Client_6282df

I've had internal body odor for over 10+ years. I smell like feces coming out pores. And terrible breath. I'm so embarrassed I've tried chlorophyll, oil of oregano, neem powder, changing foods I eat, no meats, talked to my dentist, my hygiene is great because I'm so paranoid about my breath. There's something in my digestion going on. Been to a Gastroenterologist twice.he said it was in my head. But I hear people talking behind my back at work everyday. Help

Doctors' responses

I understand how distressing bad breath and body odor can be. In Ayurveda, this often happens when digestion is weak and toxins (Ama) build up. I am prescribing you the following medications 1.Hingvachadi gulika– 1 tablet before meals, twice daily 2.Triphala choorna – ½ tsp at bedtime with honey 3.Lavangadi Vati 1 tablet after every meal for oral freshness 4 karpuradi thaila apply lightly to underarms, nape, groindafter bathing for a pleasant natural fragrance Also, eat warm, freshly cooked food, avoid raw/cold/fermented foods, and try simple stress relief like deep breathing. With regular care, this can improve both digestion and natural fragrance.
