Doctors' responses

your forehead is dark while rest of face looks normal, it’s usually due to sun exposure + heat (Pitta). Home Remedies Aloe Vera Gel Apply fresh aloe vera on forehead at night Cools skin Reduces tan Turmeric + Gram Flour Pack 1 tsp besan (gram flour) ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp yogurt / milk Mix and apply, let dry, wash off Brightens skin slowly Use 2–3 times/week. Sandalwood + Rose Water 1 tsp sandalwood powder Enough rose water Apply on forehead, wash after 20 min ✔ Reduces tan and cools skin Lemon + Honey (Only 10 min) ½ tsp lemon + 1 tsp honey Apply for 10 min, wash Lightens tan Do not use if skin is sensitive. Daily Care Avoid sun 10 am–4 pm Apply sunscreen daily
