—PCOS-related chin hair happens because of high androgen (male hormone) levels. —Internal Medicines Tab. Kanchanar Guggulu 2 tablets twice daily after food with Luke warm water 2) Tab. Chandraprabha Vati 2 tablets twice daily after food 3)Syrup Ashokarishta 15 ml with equal water after lunch & dinner 4)Shatavari gur1 tsp 10 min before meal twice daily with Luke warm milk 5) Triphala Churna (If constipation present) — 1 tsp at bedtime with lukewarm water Add: Medohar Vati – 2 tabs twice daily Warm water with ½ tsp cinnamon in morning —External Application (For Chin Hair Support Only) Pinch Turmeric + 1/4 Lodhra powder paste Apply 3 times weekly for 20 minutes (Will not permanently remove hair but may slow growth) – Diet Advice — Avoid: Curd at night Sugar, bakery items Fried & oily food White rice excess – Prefer: Millets Green leafy vegetables Moong dal Flax seeds (1 tsp daily) Spearmint tea once daily —Advice 30 min brisk walking daily Surya Namaskar (12 rounds) Kapalbhati & Anulom Vilom Sleep before 10:30 pm
