Managing Excess Pitta Symptoms - #50635

Excess pitta causing loose bowel, acne, bloating,headaches,dizziness.I took pitta reducing medicine like giloy,dadimashtaka,bilva,kutajghan,musta & so on acne reduced but motion become sticky.Spicy med increases loose motion,acne but reduce bloating.Should i try kutki or avipattikar? Pls suggest

No. As per the details provided by you. It is Grahani dushti (IBS like condition) Please Avoid overeating Avoid Milk products like tea, coffee etc specially with food. No baked items No fermented foods No Packaged food Avoid outside food Eat fresh and well cooked less spicy food. You can take buttermilk with roasted cumin and ajwain powder. Take proper sleep at night. You can continue talking medicine you have mentioned except Guduchi. Additionally Start following medicine 1) Sutshekhar ras - 1 tab twice a day after food with water 2) Bilvavleh Syrup - 10ml twice a day after food with water 3) Panchamrut Parpati - mix it with other churna like Hingwashtak churna properly and take twice a day before food. 4) Shankh vati - 1 tab twice a day after food with water.
