Hellow I want to ask and say something that. I am having some problems gas and acidity including nausea

Hii , you have to change your diet and lifestyle for these problem which is the first step for curing these conditions. You have to eat early before 2 hours minimum you go to bed. Next you have to avoid spicy food , and too much oily good. You have to eat pure cow’s ghrit in the morning 1 tsp if you don’t feel any nauseating feeling due to smell of ghrita. You have to walk for 5-10 minutes after taking food. You have to avoid day sleep after eating it increases your problem . You have to avoid curd at night specially Buttermilk and ferminated foods are totally avoided. And the one main factor you have to be stress free with the help of some meditation and yoga. Listen you don’t have to take any worry for these and it is not the big disease and all it requires some diet and lifestyle style change only you do the things which I said above you absolutely feel good . One home remedie which is said in ayurved for these you have to do that: you have to take i tablespoon dry corriender crused it little bit and soaked it in 1 glass of water overnight and in the morning filter it and drink it It will surely help you. You don’t need more medicine as your disease is in acute stage i only advise one powder which is totally ayurvedic and also palatable taste you can take it .
If it is in acute stage how can it be cured without medicine and mainly I disturbed by nausea from few days your advice and suggestions are good I will follow those but without medicine how it will be cured
With the help of life style changes and for nausea only i give that powder you can take it for 1 week
It means there is no medicine only life style okay it is not a serious issue then
But can I take mahasankha vati if I am taking high bp medicine and can I take dabur ampachak and triphala or triphala guggulu

I am taking starpress 3d for hypertension Dabur aampacdak and triphala tab for my stomach problem and now I want to know can I take take mahasankha vati and triphala guggulu for my stomach problem
No need for that problem u can take avipattikar churna

I forgot to tell you one thing one more After morning bowel movement for a while burning sensation occurs this the actual problem then others
