Since you’re 14, the goal is gentle relief without forcing, and preventing it from worsening (like fissure formation). what you should do right now 1. do NOT strain forcefully Straining hard can cause small tears (anal fissure), which makes future passing even more painful. If stool is not coming easily, stop and try again later. 2. soften the stool first Follow these: Drink 2–3 glasses of warm water immediately If available, take 1–2 teaspoons of ghee in warm milk at night Eat something natural laxative: soaked raisins (munakka) ripe banana soaked figs (anjeer) 3. warm sitz bath (very important) Sit in a tub of warm water for 10–15 minutes This relaxes the anal muscles and helps stool pass more easily You can try passing stool after this ayurvedic medicines (as you mentioned) These are appropriate, but use gently: Triphala tablets → 2 tablets twice daily after meals with warm water Abhayarishta → 15 ml with equal water, twice daily after meals These help soften stool and regulate bowel movement over a few days. from tomorrow (prevention) diet correction (very important in your case) Since you mentioned more processed food: avoid: chips, biscuits, bakery, instant noodles add: home food (dal, roti, sabzi) fruits daily (papaya is best) green vegetables drink at least 6–8 glasses of water daily habit training Go to toilet at the same time every day (morning) Don’t ignore the urge Sit calmly, don’t rush
