1.For heavy & painful periods Lodhraasav- 15 ml twice a day after meal with equal quantity of water after meal Warm water + a pinch of hing during pain for relief 2. For pigmentation (face) Apply paste of chandan + manjistha + turmeric + rose water daily (15 min) Night: apply a few drops of Kumkumadi taila Internal: Manjistha churna (½ tsp) for blood purification 3. Diet & lifestyle Avoid spicy, fried, sour foods (reduce Pitta) Include amla, coconut water, pomegranate Maintain regular sleep, avoid stress, practice light yoga 4. Simple home detox Triphala at night (½–1 tsp) for gentle cleansing
