How to treat gut dysbiosis with symptoms like bloating, gas, and yellow mucus cough? - #54107

Hi mam I am rithish Raghav from Chittoor Andhra Pradesh Here are my symptoms 1. In an empty stomach burping is coming plus gas more flautalance. 2. After eating food bowel movement is cmg in 1 to 2 hour gap note : not urgency to make myself free I am going to washroom 3. Bloating occuring 4. Cough cmg with mucus yellow colour 5. Stool is not diarrhea or constipation it is like kind of ribbon shape soft and mushy. 6. Body getting tired 7. Sleep is like 6 hours to 6.5 . 8. Before this i done an gut microbiome test in that they mentioned gut dysbiosis this test was done before 4 months and they said gut is lightly inflammed 9. And before this symptom occured I was facing before 1 week there was anal itching. 10. Actually from past one year I was facing frequent urination sensation and bladder hyper awareness mam I taught it was due to gut issues so done that guy microbes test later consulted urologist in chennai and doctor said no non veg like chicken mutton pork beef for 3 months after stopping those my symptoms was reduced much better mam .. 11. Currently these are my problem mam
