How to treat recurring dyshidrotic blisters on palms that worsen in summer? - #54595
I experience recurring dysidrotic blisters on my palms that follow a seasonal pattern; they improve in winter and worsen during the summer. Recurring dyshidrotic eczema often flares with heat, sweating, stress, and contact allergens, so summer worsening is common. Since clobetasol controls symptoms but relapse occurs, focus should be on reducing recurrence and skin barrier repair. Ayurvedic treatment Arogyavardhini Vati – 1 tab twice daily after food Gandhak Rasayan – 2 tabs twice daily after food Mahamanjisthadi Kwath – 15 ml with equal water twice daily before food Khadirarishta – 20 ml with equal water twice daily after food External Apply Nimbadi taila or coconut oil mixed with a little camphor on palms 2 times daily Avoid excessive hand washing, detergents, sweating, spicy/sour foods, seafood, and stress. Keep palms dry and moisturized with plain coconut oil or fragrance-free moisturizer. Continue treatment 6–8 weeks.
