Hello everyone, my dosha type is Pitta dominate with mild kaaf dosha. Weight around 52 kg.Daily only two time meals taken at morning and night. Nothing between them. I have try milk with different herbs, but lead to indigestion. Main long term problem is low digestion and heavy gas and bloating since 2021 after mild corona effect.(Heavy prescribed medicines taken). Recent problem from one month is like संग्रही. Daily has to go to toilet for atleast 3 times. First time is normal and other two times is like semi-liquid to liquid grey colour sometime smelly. All three time is in morning time only, no problem for rest of the day. Due to that feeling weakness and low energy all day. Also trouble with sleep is starting for last two months. Currently, I am taking Shankhvati, Aerand brust Harde tablet, Triphala powder sometimes, Satavari powder sometimes, Avipitkar power and weekly nasya. Please suggest medicines for : 1. For Digestion problem (Mild मंदाग्नि) (for daily use) 2. For heavy gas and bloating (for daily use) 3. For संग्रही 4. For Energy and weight gain (for daily use) Note : Please suggest medicines that are not adversely affect and increase pitta. Thank you, Have a great day !

●Asparagus + Conch Shell Ash (Shishkha Bhasma) •Asparagus Powder - 1 teaspoon • Conch Shell Ash - Take a pinch of both together with a little lukewarm water twice a day. Consuming this for about 2 weeks can help calm acidity and bile. ●Licorice + Mishri (Roller Sugar) • Licorice Powder - 1 teaspoon • Reduces stomach irritation • Mishri Powder - 1/2 teaspoon. Mix the two together and take them with lukewarm milk or water 1-2 times a day. This combination is believed to help • Relieve acidity • Soothe the throat and digestion ●Simple rules to reduce acidity • Eat meals on time. Limit spicy and fried foods. • Don’t lie down immediately after meals. • Drink plenty of water throughout the day. • Keep dinner light.
