Over the past few months, I’ve been struggling a lot with anxiety and panic attacks, especially at night. It starts with a racing heart, shortness of breath, and a constant fear that something terrible is going to happen. I’ve tried meditation and even some breathing exercises, but they only help for a short time. A friend suggested that Ayurveda might offer more natural solutions without the side effects of allopathic medications. I’ve read about herbs like Ashwagandha, Brahmi, and Jatamansi being used for stress relief and anxiety, but I’m not sure how effective they are or how to use them correctly. Are these herbs safe for long-term use? Also, do they address panic attacks directly or just general anxiety symptoms?
