I’ve been struggling with extreme fatigue for the past 6 months – I wake up tired, and no amount of coffee helps. 😞 I’ve tried blood tests (all normal), cut out sugar, and even started yoga, but nothing seems to work. A friend suggested I see an Ayurvedic doctor, as she had great results with herbal treatments and lifestyle changes for similar symptoms. I’m not sure where to start searching. How do I find a good Ayurvedic doctor near me who can help with chronic issues like this? Also, is there a way to tell if the practitioner is legit and experienced? I’m worried about falling for a scam.
