For the past few months, I’ve been dealing with really bad anxiety. It started with just occasional nervousness, but now it’s like my mind won’t shut off. I get racing thoughts, my chest feels tight, and sometimes, my hands even shake. Sleep? Forget about it. I just lie in bed overthinking everything. I went to my doctor, and they prescribed lorazepam tablet for my anxiety. At first, I didn’t want to take it, but my anxiety got so bad that I gave in. I won’t lie – it helps. Within 30 minutes, I feel calmer, my body relaxes, and I actually sleep through the night. But the problem is, I don’t want to be dependent on lorazepam tablet forever.
