For the past few months, I have been experiencing unexpected crying episodes. I am not talking about emotional moments where tears would be expected, but random times during the day when I suddenly feel overwhelmed, and my eyes well up. Sometimes, I wake up with a heavy chest, and before I can even understand why, tears start rolling down my face. It’s not sadness exactly—sometimes it feels like frustration, other times just pure exhaustion. I have noticed that these crying spells tend to happen more when I am under stress, but even on good days, they appear out of nowhere. I used to be an emotionally stable person, but now I feel like I have no control over my tears. It happens at work, in public, and even while doing simple tasks like cooking or scrolling through my phone. My sleep has been disturbed, and I feel drained even after a full night’s rest.
