Aapko OCD, depression aur anxiety ke lakshan lagatar ho rahe hain, jo mann aur sharir dono ko prabhavit kar sakte hain. Ayurveda mein, yeh vikar zyada tar Vata aur Rajasic guna ke asantulan se hotey hain. Mansik shanti aur sukoon ke liye Saraswatarishta (2 tsp paani ke saath) lene se laabh ho sakta hai. Dincharya mein meditation, Anulom-Vilom pranayama aur halka vyayam shamil karein. Kya aapko neend puri aati hai? Koi aur sharirik lakshan jaise pet ki samasya ya bhookh kam lagna toh nahi?
