Dry & itchy lips and bruxisum increase my stress - #19898

I have anxiety disorder with OCPD traits. And under psychiatric treatment like Seryraline 50, Clonazapam 0.25 mg and Quitiapine 25 at night. Now I have dry &itchy lips and teegrinding which is increasing my stress . I have taken Lithosum 300 tablet 1 per day till a month back Pls suggest a quick remedy

Try applying Ghee on your lips. Drink plenty of water. If it’s not working, try applying Nimbadi tailam (oil) on your lips. Try this for 5 days and please Comeback of it doesn’t work.

A mouth guard might also be useful to prevent further strain on your jaw. Make sure to maintain a good hydration routine and avoid triggers like caffeine or sugar close to bedtime. Rajiv, your symptoms of dry & itchy lips, teeth grinding (bruxism), and stress could be side effects of your medications or related to anxiety and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder (OCPD). Here’s a combination of Ayurvedic and natural remedies to help • Ghee or Coconut Oil – Apply a small amount to your lips 3-4 times daily. Aloe Vera Gel – Helps soothe irritation; apply before bed. Honey & Glycerin Mix – Apply once daily Hydration – Drink at least 2-3 liters of water daily to prevent dryness. Oil Pulling (Gandusha Therapy) – Swish sesame or coconut oil in your mouth for 5 minutes every morning to relax jaw muscles. Jaw Massage – Use warm sesame oil to gently massage the jaw before sleep. Chewing Cloves or Fennel Seeds – Helps relax the jaw muscles and prevent grinding. Practice Pranayama (Breathing Exercises) Anulom-Vilom (5-7 minutes) Balances the nervous system. Bhramari Pranayama (5 minutes) Already as you are on too many medications I don’t want to dump even more Follow the above advice strictly and along with that can take Ashwagandha capsule once daily And let me know after following above advice for 10 days have notices any difference in your symptoms
