I am suffering from depression and suicidal thoughts for the past 2 years. I have no motivation to get up early in the morning or to exercise or do chores. Shopping is very difficult and I feel sad and depressed all the time. I have been thinking about suicide for a long time. I need to find work and have no motivation to find a job either.
