How i overcome my anxiety and is this anxiety what im feeling everyday - #20568

Everyday i get a dizzy even though im not doing anything. Then sometimes have headache that change position in part of my jead i do all laboratory test and all is normal it said to me that i have anxiety i wanna know how can i overcome this feeling beacaise i have it since last yr..

Ayurveda offers a holistic approach to managing anxiety, targeting both mind and body, by balancing your doshas (especially vata, which often contributes to anxiety).

Let’s focus on your diet first. Eating regularly is vital, as irregular meals can aggravate vata. Have warm, nourishing foods such as soups, stews, and cooked grains. Foods that are grounding like sweet fruits, nuts, and whole grains are also recommended. Spices like ginger, cumin and cardamom can enhance digestion and calm vata. Avoid caffeine, as it’s stimulating and can heighten anxiety.

Next, consider your lifestyle. Incorporating a routine can offer stability to the mind. Wake up and go to bed at the same time each day; this regulation helps balance vata. Daily self-massage (abhyanga) with warm sesame oil can soothe nerves – it’s both grounding and calming. Just warm the oil slightly, and rub it over your body with gentle, loving strokes before bathing.

Breathing exercises (pranayama) like alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) can calm the mind and alleviate anxiety. Spend about 5-10 minutes each in the morning and evening practicing this breathing exercise.

Meditation can also be very helpful. Find a quiet space, sit comfortably, and focus on your breath, allowing thoughts to come and go without attachment. Start with 5 minutes a day, gradually increasing to 20.

Herbal support can be beneficial too. Consider ashwagandha, a revered adaptogen in Ayurveda known to reduce anxiety and stress. Consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner for the right dosage and form.

While Ayurveda provides effective strategies, it’s crucial to remain open to other medical advices and therapies that might work for you. Ensure you continue regular check-ups with your healthcare provider. If your symptoms ever become overwhelming or debilitating, seeking urgent medical help is essential.
