I have overthinking mind all day I am in stress how to overcome. I need solution for my anxiety and overthinking mind And I always feel low pressure and weakness in my body . I need some home remedy and natural solution

From an Ayurvedic perspective, these concerns are often linked to an imbalance in the Vata dosha, which governs movement and activity in the body. Reduce or avoid dry, cold, and raw foods which can increase Vata. Herbs like ashvagandha and brahmi are known to help reduce anxiety and can be infused into tea or added as a supplement—typically one teaspoon of the herb in a warm glass of milk can be soothing.

2. Routine & Rest: Establish a daily routine to bring rhythm to your life, helping to pacify Vata. Ensure you’re getting adequate rest by aiming for 7-8 hours of sleep; going to bed and waking up at the same time each day can normalize body cycles. Engage in calming evening rituals such as warm baths or listening to soothing music before sleeping.

3. Pranayama and Meditation: Practice deep breathing techniques like Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) or Nadi Shodhanam which are excellent for calming the mind and nervous system. Spend a few minutes each day meditating quietly, focusing on slow, rhythmic breathing which can help anchor the mind away from racing thoughts.

4. Oil Massages: A daily self-massage (Abhyanga) with warming oils like sesame or almond oil can be beneficial. Gently massage the oil into the skin before a bath to nourish the body and mind, providing a calming effect on the nervous system.

5. Herbal Supplements: Triphala can support digestion, another key factor for balancing Vata. Mixing a teaspoon of Triphala powder in warm water at night can help regulate your digestive fire and enhance nutrient absorption, potentially helping to alleviate physical weakness.

6. Hydration and Herbal Teas: Staying hydrated is crucial. Consider herbal teas such as chamomile or tulsi, which can have calming properties.
