Sir I am suffering from depression,stress related IBS , insomania due to tinitus ringing sound in left ear,weakness from last 2 yrs. Insomania occur from last 3 months due to tinitus please suggest a better medication

Dealing with depression, stress-induced IBS, and insomnia from tinnitus can be tough, I totally get it! First, let’s think about your Vata dosha. When it’s out of balance, all sorts of things like anxiety, insomnia, and digestive issues can pop up. So, let’s try to calm that Vata down.

Start with your diet. Favor warm, cooked foods like soups and stews over anything cold or raw. Those easier to digest! Add spices like cumin, ginger, and fennel; they can help boost your digestion and ease that irritable bowel stuff. Try having a glass of warm water with a pinch of ginger powder before meals–helps fire up the digestive ‘Agni.’

For stress and depression, Ashwagandha might be your ally. It’s known for helping the mind and body adapt to stress. Take it as a powder or capsule, about 500 mg daily, but night times the best. Pachak is another, a good digestive aid. but talk to a healthcare professional before mixing things.

Speaking of night–insomnia might benefit from a bit of warm milk (got to go with almond milk if dairy’s a no-no) add a pinch of nutmeg before bed. It helps sedate the senses. avoid screens at least an hour before sleep, the blue light’s a sneaky disruption.

Tinnitus can be stubborn, and I admit Ayurveda might not be a silver bullet here. But gentle self-massage with sesame oil, warm it a bit, especially around ears, neck can improve circulation.

Pranayama like Nadi Shodhana, a few minutes daily, encourages relaxation. Don’t force though, keep it gentle.

But hey, if symptoms feel overwhelming, professional, in-person help’s always a good call – it’s okay to ask for more support!
