I am feeling a bit overwhelmed lately, and I’ve been reading about bacopa ashwagandha together as a natural solution for stress relief. I’m not sure what to think. Like, I've heard so many good things! My friend swears by bacopa ashwagandha together for focus, and she says it totally changed her life. That sounds amazing, right? But,,, I'm just a little skeptical. I mean, are baccopa and ashwagandha always taken together, or can you take them separately? Cause, I tried ashwagandha before but didn't notice much. I get really restless and can’t seem to calm my mind, especially stress from work. Also, do they have side effects? I want to make sure mixing bacopa ashwagandha together is safe. Any advice or experiences from people who've used them both? I just need something to help me chill out. I've been feeling this way for months now, and I'm starting to lose hope! Help!
