I am feeling alll this fatigue and anxiety, ugh! For the past few months, I've been struggling with this weird feeling of not having energy at all. Like, I just can't shake off this tired vibe, you know? I heard about siotone capsule from a friend who's into Ayurvedic stuff but I'm kinda skeptical. I tried everything from herbal teas to breathing exercises but nothing seems to work. I just don’t want to keep relying on caffeine – its not helping me anymore. Like, should I be looking into siotone capsules seriously or what? I mean, have you guys tried it? Were there any side effects? Tell me more about it, plz! My doctor suggested some tests and they showed slight imbalances in my body, but they just gave me lifestyle advice and it didn't help much. Maybe siotone capsule can balance my doshas or something?
