I am really confused and need some help. So, I’ve been dealing with quite a bit of stress and anxiety lately, feeling all over the place. A friend of mine mentioned the sarpagandha tablet uses and said it might help me calm down. I've read a bit about it, but honestly, I’m not entirely sure what to think. Last week, I was at this family gathering, and it was overwhelming. My heart was racing, and I felt like I couldn't breathe properly. I'm just so tired of feeling like this! Anyway, I went to the doc, and they suggested I look into natural remedies like the sarpagandha tablets. They said it’s supposed to help with anxiety and even sleep issues. I’m wondering if anyone here has tried it, like what the actual sarpagandha tablet uses are? Does it really help, and how long does it take to notice a difference? My friend said I should take it every day, but now I'm a bit worried about side effects. Like, are there any? Also, can I mix it with my other meds? I really want to try something that works but just scared of putting anything else in my body. Any thoughts or experiences would be great!
