Shreya ,You Are Not Alone

Many people silently live through these same feelings. But healing begins when we speak, just like you did. You don’t need to “fix” everything at once. You just need to start gently, with one step at a time.

Splash cold water on your face, do 2 minutes of deep breathing (just inhale for 4, hold 4, exhale 4, hold 4).

Start some mind tonics- Jiva stress free tablet– 2 tablet twice a day with water (for calmness & clarity)

Ashwagandha churna – ½ tsp with warm milk at bedtime (balances stress hormones)

Saraswatarishta – 10 ml with water after meals (supports anxiety and memory) Some other tips- Pls consert a counselor,it really helps

Also You don’t need 10 friends. Even one safe space or online support group helps.

Try online groups like:

Reddit: r/depression or r/lonely

Hello Shreya.

You are only 24 years old and you are strong enough to take your self in the best position. You just need to believe in yourself.

Positive thinking, positive attitude and self belief are the best medicines to treat yourself in such situations.

Note your triger points. Try your best to stay away from them. If you think you are triggered engage yourself into physical activity and breath concentration.

NO SCREEN TIME 1 hour before you sleep. You can consume audio form of data but no visuals. Avoid using screen in darkness. Filter the content you consume. Too much motivation can also cause depression so consume positive attitude not motivation. Take help of spirituality.

Get yourself in rigorous physical workout in the gym. You are young and strong enough.

Do ANULOM VILOM, BHARAMARI, TARATAK pranayam EARLY in the morning.

Set a good sleeping schedule so that you can wakeup early. It will not happen in a day… you need to sleep early 15 mins every day this will help you set a good cycle.

A glass of hot buffalo milk before sleep will do miracles.

Tab. Manasmitra Vatak 1 tab twice a day before food. Cap. Memorin (S.G.Phytopharma) 2 caps twice a day before food.

Bhrami prash Avleham 1 tsp twice a day with milk.

Syp. Prasham 4 tsp at bed time.

Hope you feel good with this treatment.

Believe in yourself and trust me thats all you need to get out of this chaos.

Managing mental health through Ayurveda focuses on understanding your unique constitution, or prakriti, and addressing any dosha imbalances that may be contributing to your symptoms. Your feelings of depression, anxiety, and loneliness suggest imbalances in the Vata dosha, which governs movement in the body and mind. Let’s take a closer look at how we might address these issues together.

Firstly, in terms of diet, you may find it beneficial to focus on warming, grounding foods that soothe Vata. Include cooked vegetables, whole grains such as rice and quinoa, dairy like warm milk or ghee, and nuts like almonds in your daily meals. Avoid cold, raw foods, as well as caffeine and sugar, which can aggravate Vata imbalances.

In addition to diet, daily routines play an important role. Establishing a consistent schedule for sleep, meals, and self-care can greatly reduce feelings of anxiety. Try to wake up and go to bed at the same time every day, creating a calming evening routine to unwind; this may include activities like warm baths and reading something relaxing.

Consider practicing relaxation techniques such as yoga, meditation, or pranayama (breathing exercises). Simple breathing exercises, where you inhale deeply through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth, can quickly calm the mind. Even a short 10-minute meditation practice can help bring peace and balance.

Herbs are also supportive in rebalancing the doshas. Ashwagandha is a gentle adaptogen that can help reduce stress and improve sleep. Brahmi may also be useful for calming the mind and enhancing mental clarity. Ensure you consult with a qualified practitioner or herbalist for personalized guidance on incorporating these herbs safely.

Though Ayurveda provides supportive strategies, it’s crucial you speak with a mental health professional. They can offer therapy, medications, or other treatments that are more immediately necessary for your well-being. Ayurveda can be complements but not replace urgent care if needed.

Remember, healing takes time, and allowing yourself the space to implement these changes gradually can lead to lasting improvements in your mental well-being.
