Simple poses like bitilasana (cow pose) and marjaryasana (cat pose) can relieve stress and improve digestion. Deep breathing exercises, focusing on lengthening the exhale, naturally lowers anxiety.

In case of herbal remedies, try taking triphala churna before bed with warm water to support regular bowel movements and remove toxins. Ashwagandha can be used to reduce stress and enhance your mental clarity, usually 1 teaspoon mixed with milk or warm water, ideally taken in the morning or afternoon. However, ensure to consult with an Ayurvedic practitioner before starting any new herbal regimen as it should suit your individual prakriti.
