I am really struggling with my OCD lately, and I thought maybe I could get some insights here. A few months ago, I decided to stop relying on meds – just felt like I needed to get back to my roots and find a more natural way to handle things, you know? I started looking into Ayurveda and all the holistic practices. I began with diet changes, like incorporating more warm foods and spices which I heard can help balance the mind. Also tried doing daily meditation, but staying focused is tough with the racing thoughts! Sometimes I feel like I’m making progress, but then it hits me again hard, especially during stressful days. I came across some posts about how others found relief by natural methods and even claimed they’ve cured their OCD naturally! How I cured my ocd naturally sounds amazing, but I’m kinda skeptical, like is it realistic? What else should I try or consider? Any specific herbs or practices that might help? I'm really open to suggestions! Thanks!
