Step-by-Step Healing Protocol (Free or Very Low-Cost) 1. Mind-Calming & Mood Uplifting Ritual (Daily)

Every morning, do this within 30 mins of waking:

Put 2 drops of cow ghee in each nostril (called Nasya) – calms anxiety and nourishes brain

Sit silently for 5 mins with your hand on heart. Say in mind:

“I am safe. My healing has started. My life is precious.”


🍵 2. IBS & Gas Relief Remedy (Twice Daily)

Mix:

1/2 tsp ajwain

1/2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)

Pinch of black salt

Chew this mixture after meals (2x a day)

Drink jeera-coriander-fennel (jeera dhania saunf) water daily:

Boil 1 tsp each in 2 glasses water → reduce to 1 glass → sip warm

Wake up with the sun, ensuring that your morning begins with a moment of calm… This grounding routine can help stabilize Vata.

Incorporate some gentle yoga and deep breathing exercises (pranayama), which can help calm both the mind and body. Practice slow, deep breathing for ten minutes every day, preferably in a peaceful spot. Breathing exercises can help increase Pranayama (life-force energy), reducing restlessness and anxiety.

Diet is crucial in addressing your symptoms. To calm Vata dosha, eat warm, cooked, and unctuous foods. Soups, stews, and mildly spiced dishes can be soothing. Avoid raw, cold, and overly dry foods which can aggravate Vata. Make sure your meals are consistent - try not to skip any.

For your IBS symptoms, ginger tea after meals may help enhance digestion, and decrease the gas production. Simply simmer a few slices of fresh ginger in water for ten minutes, strain and sip. Trifala, a combination of three fruits, can also help regulate bowel movements - take it at night with lukewarm water if you can access it.

Addressing body pain, applying warm sesame oil over the body before a bath once or twice a week may provide relief. This Abhyanga massage can help soothe aching muscles and joints. Similarly, heat therapy like warm compresses on affectied areas can be relieving.

Try to get enough rest, and avoid overstimulating activities late at night. A cup of warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg before bed could encourage better sleep, which is deeply restorative for both mind and body.

*Practice Yoga/Meditation/Pranayama regularly *Do Mild exercises/walking regularly *Avoid continuous sitting (for more than 1hour )
