Mujhe dar bahot lagta jabhi meri sari report hai mujhe ye dikkat 26 February 2025 ko hui thi or dikkat bahot mene test bhi karvaye 7 march 2025 ko sare test normal hai tmt holter ecg echo blood test sab normal hai phir bhi mujhe dar lagta hai kahi mere sath kuch na ho jaye left side chest me pain heavy feel hota hai

Aapke dil ki saari reports jaise TMT, Holter, ECG, Echo, aur blood test normal aane ke baad bhi jab aapko left side chest mein dard aur bhaari pan mehsoos hota hai, toh ye zyada tar anxiety ya stress ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Aapke body mein tension ki wajah se yeh sensations aate hain, jise hum “panic attacks” ya “anxiety chest pain” kehte hain. Jab aapko darr lagta hai ya aap zyada sochte hain, tab aapka dil tez dhadak sakta hai, saans chhoti ho sakti hai, aur chest mein tightness ya dard jaise symptoms aa sakte hain. Yeh sab normal hai aur dil ko koi nukhsaan nahi pahunchata, lekin aapko samajhna zaroori hai ki yeh aapke man aur tanav se juda hua hai.

Aapko kuch baatein apnaani chahiye jo aapko aram dene mein madad karengi:

Roz thoda sa waqt shant hokar gehri saans lein, jaise 4 second andar lein, 6 second bahar chhodein. Yeh aapke nervous system ko shaant karta hai. Yoga ya meditation ki practice shuru kar sakte hain jo man ko shaanti deta hai. Apni lifestyle mein thoda araam aur sahi neend ko importance dein. Agar aapko lage zyada dar aur anxiety badh rahi hai, toh kisi manovigyanik ya counselor se baat karna bhi faydemand hoga. Aapko yeh samajhna chahiye ki aap bilkul safe hain aur aapka dil bilkul theek hai. Jo dard ho raha hai, woh aapke tanav ki wajah se hai, jise hum Ayurved mein manovahastha kehte hain. Aapke liye upay:

Brahmi Vati – 2 goli subah shaam, khana ke baad 30 din ke liye. Yeh man ko shaanti deta hai aur anxiety kam karta hai. Ashwagandha Churna – 3 gram din mein 2 baar dudh ke saath. Stress kam karega aur man aur sharir ko majboot karega. Roz 15 minute deep breathing (pranayama) zaroor karein. Kuch zaroori jaanch karva sakte hain agar aap chahein: Thyroid function test (T3, T4, TSH) kyunki thyroid imbalance bhi aise symptoms la sakta hai. Serum cortisol (stress hormone) test. Main aapko bharosa dilati hoon ki agar aap apni manovahastha par dhyan denge, aur upar diye gaye upay karenge, toh aapko araam milega aur darr kam hoga. Aapka dard dil ka nahi hai, yeh sirf tanav ki wajah se hai. Agar koi bhi doubt ho toh poochne mein hichkichayega mat.

Hello, 1. On immediate effect join a yoga class, where you can learn yogasana and pranayama. 2. Avoid reading/listening/seeing any health and disease related information for 3 months. 3. Limit your mobile/tv and social media usage.(Stop using 2 hours before going to bed). Instead start reading good books/listen the music you like.

Medicine- 1. Saraswatarishtam 10ml—0—10ml after breakfast and after dinner by adding 10ml of boiled cooled water for 30 days Take care. Kind regards.

Jo aap batar rahe hai usse lagta hai ke aapko manasik tanav ya anxiety ho sakti hai. Sabhi medical reports normal hai, to bahut sambhavana hai ki yah ek manovaigyanik dwandh ho sakta hai. Ayurveda me, yeh Vata dosha ke vikriti hone ki wajah se ho sakta hai, jisme jevanshaleen, mano-rogi dar aur tanav vyakti ko prabhavit kar sakte hain. Bahut aasan aur vyavharik upay hai jo aap try kar sakte hain.

Pahli baat, rojana kuch samay pranayama jaise anulom vilom aur deep breathing exercises mein dena madadgar ho sakta hai. Yeh man ko santulan me laya sakte hain aur saans lete samay sharir ko shant kar sakte hain. Prayas karein ki har din subah yah sham mein 10-15 minute tak ka aasan aur goodsadhana vyayam karein like surya namaskar ya vyaktigat yogasan.

Bhojan ke maamle mein thoda dhyan de, sankari bhojan, teli aur masale wale khane se dur rahein. Saath hi, triphala churna ko raat ko sone se pehle ek glass gungune paani ke sath le. Yeh apke pachen tantra ko majboot karega aur vata dosha ko mahatvapurn tareeke se balance kar sakega.

Shankhpushpi aur brahmi jaise ayurvedic aushadhiye vati ya tablets, jo vata aur kapha ko hara aur manashakti ko bal dene mein mahbane hai, unhe dhyaas me rakh kar regularly lete rahein - lekin kisi manchamanda ke adhikari se salah lene ke baad.

Chetnatmak sikhshya (mindfulness) jaise kriyayein aur manso aur vicharo par dhyan dena kuch samay ke liye aapko manasik ashanti se door prabhavit karega. Aap jo describe kar rahe hain wo vata dosha ki imbalance ke lakshan ho sakte hain. Vata dosha ke imbalances aksar anxiety, chinta, aur unexplained dar ko bhaav dete hain. Left side chest pain aur heaviness bhi iska hissa ho sakta ho. Lekin ye mahatvakanshi hai ki aapke sab medical tests normal aaye hain, jo dil sambandhi bimariyon ko hatata hai. Agar pain aur dar lagataar raha to doctor se salah lena uchit rahega.

Siddha-Ayurveda ke mutabik, kuch simple upaye hain jo aap apne roz ke jeevan mein shamil kar sakte ho vata ko santulit karne ke liye:

1. Ashwagandha ya Brahmi ka churn: Yeh dono heras vata ko santulit karne aur man ko shaant karne mein madadgar hote hain. Roj subah ek chamach ashwagandha ya brahmi le, garam doodh ke sath.

2. Abhyanga (Tel Malish): Apne sharir par til ka tel ya sarson ka tel lagakar, malish karein. Yeh vata ko thanda karta hai aur man aur sharir dono ko shaanti deta hai. Saptah mein do se teen baar yeh kar sakte hain.

3. Meditation aur Pranayam: Din mein kam se kam 10-15 minute pranayam jaise deep breathing exercises karein. Yeh vata ko control karta hai aur mental clarity lata hai.

4. Ahara aur Vyavahar: Garm aur poshak bhojan lena, jaise gharke pakaye hue dal, chawal aur sabji. Thandi cheezon se bachna chahiye, jaise cold drinks, ice cream, and processed foods.

5. Triphala Churna: Raat ko sone se pehle ek chamach triphala churna le, ye aapke digest ko behtar karega aur vata ko sanmanya rakhega.

Agar takleef aur bada jaye ya naya symptoms aa jaaye, to turant vidhya samparsh karna chahiye. Yeh aapke liye faydaymand ho sake.
