I am kinda freaking out here! I started taking Sri Sri Tattva Shankapushpi Tablets about a month ago because I was feeling really stressed with work and just life in general. I heard they help with relaxation and, honestly, I just need to chill. My friend swears by them, said they totally transformed her sleep and mood. But now I’m not sure—they’re helping, but some days I feel unusually tired and a bit foggy-headed during the day. Is that normal? Like, does anyone else experience this weird fatigue with Sri Sri Tattva Shankapushpi Tablets? I thought they were supposed to boost my mental clarity or something! I’m taking the recommended dosage, not skipping any days, honestly trying to stick to it. And, like, what if it’s not the right fit for me? Should I be taking something else alongside or mix it up? I don't wanna just quit them because I’ve read so many good things. Maybe I’m just overthinking this—ya know, stress can mess with your mind.
