I am feeling super overwhelmed lately with my job and personal life. Work has been really hectic – deadlines, meetings, and just a ton of pressure. I’ve also been juggling family stuff; you know how that can get, right? Last week, I felt like I couldn’t catch a break. A friend mentioned the Dabur Stresscom Capsules, and I thought, hmm, maybe I should try that? I looked up stuff and read that they help with stress and anxiety. But I’m kinda skeptical, honestly. Like, will they really help me chill out? I started taking them a few days ago, but I don’t know if they’re doing anything yet. I still feel a bit anxious, and my sleep’s been really weird – sometimes I sleep well, other times I toss and turn. I also noticed I feel kinda groggy during the day even when I manage to sleep enough. Have any of you tryed the Dabur Stresscom Capsules before? What kinda results should I realistically expect? Should I be taking them with something else, or are they enough on their own? Would love to hear any personal experiences or advice you got, bc I’m really wanting to find a way to manage this stress without turning to meds or something intense. Thanks a ton!
