I am really struggling with my sleep lately. Just last month, I moved into a new apartment, and I thought I’d finally find the peace I was looking for, but no luck so far! I keep tossing and turning every night and it’s frustrating because I wake up feeling so tired. A friend of mine mentioned that maybe I should look into how to sleep according to vastu since my bedroom isn’t really set up the way it should be based on those principles. I did some research and found out that where your bed goes and even the direction it's facing matters. My bed is placed along the north wall, but I read somewhere that's not good? I thought that was okay, but now I’m confused. Is there like a vastu direction that’s best for sleep? And what else should I consider? I’m curious if I should even be looking into colors or other stuff in the room too? My sister suggested changing the layout, but moving heavy furniture is such a hassle! I just want to get some good nights of sleep without feeling anxious about it. Could there be other reasons I can dig into as well? Any tips on how to sleep according to vastu that won’t require a total room renovation? Appreciate any help!
