I am suffering from Anxiety disorder Symptoms are palpitations, heaviness in chest,body itching and headache Please suggest medication I am 56 year old men and having this problem since long time Tried different type of Medicine but I experience severe throat pain when I take anti anxiety medicine Please suggest suitable medicine

For your chest heaviness and palpitations, Arjuna (Terminalia arjuna) could be beneficial. A natural cardiac tonic, Arjuna can be taken as a powder (about 1 teaspoon) mixed in warm water once or twice a day. It helps in reinforcing heart muscles and promoting proper circulation.
