Hi, I feel a lot of anxiety last days. how can i fix it in Ayurvedic way? Supplements are ok too. Thank you!

Now, for supplements, Ashwagandha is one that’s, like, super praised in Ayurveda for reducing stress and anxiety. Take it as a powdered root, about a teaspoon mixed in warm milk, ideally in the evening. It’s both rejuvenating and grounding.
