Obsessive Compulsive Disorder OCD. Problem since 2012. Tried everything but no results. Kindly suggest me something.

Establish a daily routine or dinacharya to bring regularity to your life. Wake up and go to bed at the same times every day, ensuring at least 7-8 hours of sleep. Early morning Abhyanga (oil massage) practiced with warm sesame or almond oil can be deeply grounding and calming. After applying oil, leave it on for 15-20 mins before showering. This promotes circulation and calms the nervous system.

In Ayurveda, meditation and pranayama (breathing exercises) are powerful tools for managing Vata-related disorders. Practice alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodhana) daily for about 5-10 minutes. Mindfulness meditation can also help in observing thoughts without judgment, thereby reducing their power over you.

Herbal remedies such as Brahmi and Ashwagandha have traditionally been used to support mental clarity and relaxation. You might consider consulting with an Ayurvedic practitioner for personalized guidance, ensuring these herbs are suited to your individual constitution.
