A friend mentioned Sandu Vanari, an Ayurvedic herbal supplement, and suggested it might help with my anxiety. I’m not familiar with it, but I’ve read that it’s good for relaxing the mind and improving sleep. I was wondering if anyone has tried Sandu Vanari and how it worked for them. I’ve also heard that it has some other benefits, like boosting energy and improving focus. Has anyone had experience with Sandu Vanari? Did it help reduce your anxiety and stress? How soon did you notice any changes? I’m especially curious about how it helps with sleep, as I’ve been struggling with insomnia as well. Vanari sounds like a relaxing promise; it’s got herbs like Ashwagandha, which is known for soothing stress and improving sleep quality. Basically, it helps to balance your Vata dosha, which tends to get aggravated when anxiety hits hard. Many people find their sleep’s improved when they’ve been using Ashwagandha for a while, but it’s not what I would call a “night & day” kind of shift… patience is key! Might take a couple of weeks to four to really feel it settle in and do its thing fully.

Now, onto the energy part— it might feel a bit contradictory, but it’s true. When stress reduces, and sleep improves, energy levels can naturally boost up, and focus can sharpen too. Keep this in mind tho, everyone’s body reacts differently right?
