With reference to my earlier question(kulkarni.avinash57@<link removed>), milk and milk products is also trigger My observation regarding gut brain axis accumulation of kapha in head trigger mental health. After some investigations as colonoscopy etc.alopathic consultant denay IBS.but I clearly experienced increased intestinal movement many times.
