Thyroid imbalance, yaani ki aapka metabolism aur agni prabhavit hota hai, aur ye doshon — vata, pitta, kapha — me asamanya sthiti create kar sakta hai. Aksar pittha aur kapha dosha mix-up hota hai thyroid ke case me. For fatigue and low focus, we need to balance these doshas and strengthen your agni (digestive fire).

Din ki shuruaat thodi light aur fresh karke dekhiye — ab talh tulsi wali chai ya ginger tea le sakte hain. Ye aapka agni improve karegi. Breakfast me aapko high-fiber aur protein-rich khana khana chahiye jaise oats ya sprouted pealayey dal — zaada complicated karne ki zarurat nahi, bas simple se effective raho.

Ab lifestyle pe aate hain – regular yoga aur pranayam karne ki koshish kijiye, specifically bhramari pranayam aur anulom vilom – ye mental clarity aur relaxation me madad karenge. Har din 20-30 minutes meditation karna bhi accha rahega, ye aapke emotional well-being ko support karega.
