अनिद्रा – Vata-Pitta Prakopa Manasika Chinta / Stress related Nidranasha - औषधि (Medicines): Brahmi Vati (with Gold / plain) 1 गोली सुबह + 1 गोली रात को भोजन के बाद, गुनगुने पानी से Tagara (Valeriana wallichii) Churna 250 mg रात को गुनगुने दूध के साथ Ashwagandha Churna 3 ग्राम रात को दूध के साथ Saraswatarishta 15 ml + बराबर पानी रात के खाने के बाद (यदि ज्यादा घबराहट हो तो) 5.
