I am having stress due to exam suggest me a stress-free medication Mam /Sir. It has started due to less sleep . And not gettingsleep and overthinking duringthe day lack concentration

-Brahmi – 1 g twice daily after meals; helps memory, concentration, and reduces stress. -Ashwagandha – 500 mg twice daily after meals; helps fight stress and fatigue. -Jatamansi – 250 mg at bedtime; calms the mind and improves sleep. -Vacha decoction – 1 cup before bed; relaxes the mind and promotes deep sleep. -Daily Routine for Students: Wake up early, around 5–6 am. Avoid sleeping in late. Light exercise or simple yoga stretches for 15 minutes. Practice meditation or deep breathing (5–10 minutes) to calm the mind. Avoid heavy meals, tea, coffee, or energy drinks after 5 pm. -Drink warm milk with a pinch of nutmeg before bedtime to improve sleep. -Diet Tips: Eat warm, easy-to-digest foods: khichdi, soups, steamed vegetables, fruits, nuts. Avoid fried, spicy, cold, or junk food. Drink plenty of warm water or herbal teas (tulsi, chamomile, ginger). - External Remedies: Daily self-massage with warm oil to relax muscles and mind. Shirodhara (forehead oil therapy) if available; very calming and improves sleep. -Notes for Students: Take herbs with warm water or milk. Maintain regular sleep, study, and relaxation schedule. Avoid studying late into the night; take short breaks while studying.
