Start a fixed wind-down ritual 60–90 minutes before sleep Dim lights Switch off mobile/TV (or at least reduce brightness) Do the same calming activities every night 🧠 This conditions the brain that “sleep time is coming.” 2️⃣ Calm the Mind Before Bed Stressful thoughts increase when the mind finally gets quiet.
