I have been suffering from social phobia and Parkinson's, insomnia for 10 years i cant sleep without olanzapine tab so kindly guide me give me solution

—For social phobia alone medicine can’t be helpful Cognitive behavioral therapy will help u –You have been dealing with social anxiety, Parkinson’s disease, and insomnia for many years. The tablet Olanzapine helps you sleep, but it is not mainly a sleep medicine and can sometimes worsen movement symptoms in Parkinson’s disease if used long term. We should not stop it suddenly, but we can slowly adjust the treatment . - ayurveda can help in this with oral medicine+ panchkarma therapy. Visit for panchkarma specialist once for proper evaluation and decide treatment
