Lately, I’ve been feeling very anxious and restless, especially at night. My sleep quality is really bad, and I wake up feeling exhausted. Someone recommended Manas Mitra Vatak to me, saying it’s good for calming the mind and improving mental clarity. Before I start using it, I want to know more about Manas Mitra Vatak and how it works. Do you take Manas Mitra Vatak only at night, or can it be used during the day as well? I don’t want it to make me too drowsy if I take it in the morning.
