I’ve been feeling really exhausted lately, both mentally and physically. I have a demanding job, and by the end of the day, I feel completely drained. Would Ashvagandha powder help with this? I’ve also been struggling with sleep issues. I fall asleep easily, but I keep waking up during the night. From what I’ve read, Ashvagandha powder is supposed to improve sleep quality.
