For pre-ejaculation, balance both mind and body:

Ashwagandha: Take 1-2 teaspoons daily to improve stamina and reduce anxiety. Shatavari & Safed Musli: These herbs help enhance reproductive health. Breathing Exercises: Practice pranayama for mental calmness and control. Kegel Exercises: Strengthen pelvic muscles to gain better control. Avoid Stimulants: Minimize caffeine, alcohol, and spicy foods. Lifestyle Balance: Ensure proper sleep, reduce screen time, and meditate. Consult an Ayurveda physician if symptoms persist for personalized care.

In Ayurveda, pre-ejaculatory issues are often related to an imbalance in the Vata dosha (which governs nervous system function) or a weakness in Ojas (vital energy). Stress can deplete Ojas, leading to reduced stamina and control. Since your stress has reduced but the issue persists, it’s important to focus on strengthening Ojas and balancing Vata. I recommend a diet rich in grounding and nourishing foods like warm, cooked meals with ghee, and incorporating calming herbs like Ashwagandha and Shatavari. Regular meditation, yoga, and proper sleep can help restore balance. Additionally, consider incorporating Ayurvedic treatments such as Abhyanga (oil massage) to calm the nervous system. A consultation with an Ayurvedic practitioner can provide a more tailored approach.

Pre-ejaculatory issues can be so frustrating, especially when you thought it was stress-related and your stress has eased. Ayurveda offers some insights that might help get to the bottom of what’s going on and suggest ways you can handle it. This issue may be linked to an imbalance in your doshas, especially Vata.

Typically, Vata governs movement and communication in the body, and an imbalance can make things overly quick, if you get what I mean. Stress, long as it was, could have caused this imbalance, which sometimes takes a while to get back in harmony even after stress is reduced.

First, consider adding ashwagandha or shatavari supplements to your routine — both are adaptogens that help stabilize Vata and support reproductive health. Ashwagandha can be taken around 500 mg capsules twice daily with warm milk, morning and night, to help soothe and calm the mind too.

Diet plays a crucial role here. Favor warm, nourishing foods like stew, soups and whole grains, stuff just like that. Avoid cold, raw, processed foods which can aggravate Vata further. Incorporate more ghee and healthy oils into meals to lubricate and nourish the tissues (and drink plenty of water through the day, keeps things moistened).

Pranayama or breathing exercises, especially Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing) for a few minutes morning, helps calm the mind and seeps in deeply to maintain balance over time.

Massage with warm sesame oil before shower may also help - it’s just like giving your body a warm, comforting hug. It’ll calm your Vata, nurture your tissues.

Remember, these suggestions are holistic and take time. If things don’t improve, it’s best to consult a healthcare professional who can give you some sound advice perhaps integrating Ayurvedic treatments in a more personalized way. Keep patient and gentle with yourself through this process.
