I am really confused about my health lately. I've been dealing with some digestion issues for like the past few months — bloating, gas, and sometimes heartburn. It’s super annoying!! Then comes the plan—herbs (single or compound), some diet reshuffling, and always some lifestyle nudges. Sometimes they’re tiny, like sleep timing. Sometimes big like proper seasonal detox.
