From what you have described Your erectile dysfunction seems to be linked with combination of aggravated vata and pitta imbalances, even though your general health markers like sugar, thyroid, and vitamins are good In Ayurveda sexual energy ( verrya) is closely connected to healthy circulation. Balance hormones, proper nervous system function, and unblocked channels Short duration of erection of an indicates vata imbalance in reproductive tissues and nervous system over stimulation while pitta abbreviation can make the tissues, inflamed and overheated, which is why hot potency medicine may not suit you

For balancing this naturally, first focus on cooling and nourishing approaches rather than stimulating Include ghee almonds, walnuts, milk, soap, dates in moderation Avoid spicy, oily fried foods alcohol, smoking, and very hot stimulants Include freshly cook meals rather than processed food and keep your lifestyle regular like sleeping on Time waking early, taking food at regular intervals, avoiding excessive screen time, managing stress through pranayama meditation Start on Ashwagandha churna 0-0-1/2 tsp Shilajit rasayana 0-0-1 with milk Musli pak 1-0-1 tsp with milk Triphala churna 0-0-1 tsp with warm water Do walking at least for 30 minutes daily and yoga like Bhujangasana sarvangasana pelvic floor, strengthening exercise exercises can be done

With consistent lifestyle balance dietary correction and Ayurvedic medicine, most men experienced significant improvement in erectile dysfunction without aggravating pitta or relying on hot stimulant

Hello Gaurav I can understand your concern about ED. You are already maintaining good health with normal sugar, thyroid, vitamin D, and B12 levels – which is excellent. Since your libido is good but erection lasts less than a minute, the root cause seems more functional rather than lack of desire.but dont worry we are here to help you out😊

Also, since you mentioned that strong hot potency medicines aggravate your Pitta (causing acidity/heat), you will need a gentle, balancing approach that improves stamina without overheating the body.

So, treatment must focus on -Strengthening Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissues) -Improving ojas & stamina - Balancing Vata (nervous control) without aggravating Pitta - Calming stress & mind

✅AYURVEDIC PLAN OF TREATMENT

1. Ashwagandha Awaleha 1 tsp morning follwed by warm milk – nourish Shukra dhatu, calm Pitta, improve strength.

2. Kapikacchu capsules 1-0-1 after food – improves dopamine, sexual confidence, nerve function.

4. Narasimha Rasayana 1 tsp at bed time followed by warm water – a Rasayana for improving endurance and vitality.

✅HOME REMEDIES

1. Milk + Dates Remedy Soak 3–4 dates overnight in milk. In the morning, boil the milk with cardamom or a pinch of nutmeg, and eat the dates along with milk. Builds strength, nourishes reproductive tissue.

2. Pomegranate or Grapes Daily Excellent natural aphrodisiacs that cool Pitta and strengthen tissues.

3 Soaked Almonds + Raisins

Soak 5 almonds + 7 black raisins overnight, peel almonds and eat with raisins in the morning. Improves vigor & stamina without overheating.

✅DIET AND LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION

Foods for strength: warm milk with a little ghee + dates, soaked almonds, figs, sesame, urad dal, rice, wheat.

Cooling Rasayana foods: pomegranate, grapes, coconut water, khajur.

Avoid- too much chili, sour foods, excess alcohol, late-night eating.

Exercise- Gentle yoga like Bhujangasana, Vajrasana, Setu Bandhasana to improve pelvic blood flow.

Pranayama- Anulom–Vilom for Vata balance, Sheetali/Sheetkari for cooling Pitta.

Sleep-Adequate rest; late nights increase Vata & reduce stamina.

Your problem seems more about maintaining erection (stability) than desire.

With consistent treatment you will definately see the results

Wishing you a good health😊

Warm Regards Dr Snehal Vidhate

Erectile dysfunction (ED) at your age can be frustrating, yet it’s important to understand it’s a common concern. From an Ayurvedic perspective, factors like dosha imbalances, especially aggravated pitta, can indeed influence sexual health. You rightly noted hot potency medicines could aggravate pitta, suggesting a need for a balanced approach.

To address this without aggravatin your pitta, consider focusing on calming and balancing your doshas. Ashwagandha is often recommended for its adaptogenic properties and can support strength and vitality. Doses usually range from 500-600 mg taken twice daily with warm milk, preferably before meals in the morning and evening. It helps balance vata and pitta, aiding in relaxation and sexual health.

Shatavari is another plant that can calm pitta, promoting strength and endurance. You might consider taking it as a 250 mg supplement twice daily or as a powder mixed in milk.

Focus on diet; include cooling foods that pacify pitta like sweet fruits, cucumbers, and leafy greens. Avoid spicy foods, caffeine, and alcohol as they can increase pitta dosha.

Regular physical activity such as yoga or brisk walking could support overall health, balance doshas, and enhance blood circulation—which is crucial for maintaining erections.

Lastly, ensure you’re getting adequate relaxation and sleep, as stress and fatigue are significant contributors to ED. Techniques such as pranayama (breathing exercises) can help calm the mind and body.

If there’s no improvement or symptoms worsen, consult with a healthcare professional or an Ayurvedic practitioner for further assessment. They may recommend personalized herbs or therapies that align with your unique constitution.

Erectile dysfunction, even for a brief period, can indeed be influenced by doshic imbalances, especially involving vata and pitta. For you, the key would be to balance these doshas without overheating your system, since you mentioned that hot potency exacerbates pitta.

Firstly, focus on calming vata with dietary adjustments. Incorporate warm, moist, and mildly spiced foods like cooked vegetables, whole grains such as rice and oatmeal, and stews. Include ghee, as it is pacifying for vata and nourishing. Stay away from raw, cold foods, and limit caffeine and alcohol.

For herbs, try Ashwagandha, available in powder or capsule form. Take it with warm milk or water in the evening—it supports vitality and sexual health without heating the body too much. Another gentle herb is Shatavari, which is balancing for both vata and pitta. Taking it daily can help enhance ojas, which supports sexual energy and vigor.

Incorporate regular, moderate exercise like yoga or walking to support a healthy circulation, essential for maintaining erections. Pranayama, specifically nadi shodhana or alternate nostril breathing, can help regulate your doshas by calming the mind and settling the body.

Lastly, since stress is a known factor in erectile dysfunction, aim for routines that promote relaxation, like meditation or Abhyanga (self-massage) with sesame oil, which is soothing for vata. This holistic approach tends to target the root by stabilizing the doshas and enhancing your overall vitality. If symptoms persist, consulting with a healthcare professional is imperative.

Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh
I am Dr. Gursimran Jeet Singh, born and raised in Punjab where culture and traditions almost naturally guided me toward Ayurveda. From very early days I felt more drawn to natural ways of healing, and this curiosity finally led me to pursue Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College, Chandigarh—an institution known for shaping strong Ayurvedic physicians. During those years I learned not only the classical texts and treatment methods, but also how to look at health through a very practical, human lense. For the past five years I worked in clinical practice, where patients come with wide range of concerns—from chronic digestion troubles to autoimmune illness—and I try to integrate both Ayurveda and modern medical knowledge to give them the most complete care I can. Sometimes western diagnostics help me to understand the stage of disease, while Ayurveda helps me design treatment that address root cause. This bridging approach is not always easy, but I believe it’s necessary for today’s health challanges. Currently I am also pursuing higher studies in Panchakarma therapy. Panchakarma is an area I feel very strongly about—it is not just detox, it is a whole system of cleansing, rejuvenation, rebalancing, and I want to deepen my expertise here. In practice, I combine Panchakarma with lifestyle guidance, diet planning, herbal remedies, yoga and mindfulness practices depending on what a patient actually needs at that moment. No two cases are same, and Ayurveda reminds me daily that healing must be personal. My approach is always focused on root-cause management rather than temporary relief. Diet, herbs, therapeutic oils, meditation routines, and simple daily habits—they all work together when chosen rightly. Sometimes results come slow, sometimes faster, but I try to keep care sustainable and compassionate. Helping someone regain energy, sleep better, or reduce pain, that is the real achievement in my journey. And I continue learning, because Ayurveda is deep, it doesn’t finish with one degree or one training, it grow with every patient and every experiance. My specialties lie in treating a range of chronic and lifestyle-related conditions using Ayurveda’s time-tested principles, tailored to each individual’s unique constitution (Prakriti). I have significant expertise in managing digestive disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), acid reflux, constipation, diabetes, obesity and inflammatory bowel diseases. I also specialize in addressing stress-related and mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, insomnia, and burnout, which are increasingly common in today’s fast-paced world. By integrating therapies like Shirodhara (oil pouring on the forehead) to calm the nervous system, Abhyanga (herbal oil massages) to balance Vata dosha, and adaptogenic herbs like Ashwagandha and Brahmi, I help patients achieve mental clarity and emotional resilience. In the field of musculoskeletal and joint health, I excel in treating conditions like arthritis (rheumatoid and osteoarthritis), back pain, sciatica, and sports injuries. Using therapies such as Kati Basti (localized oil retention on the lower back) and potent anti-inflammatory herbs like Guggulu and Shallaki, I focus on reducing inflammation, improving joint mobility, and strengthening tissues. My treatments have helped many patients, particularly those seeking non-invasive alternatives, regain mobility and reduce pain through a blend of internal medications and external therapies. Skin disorders are another key area of my practice, where I address conditions like eczema, psoriasis, acne, and pigmentation issues holistically. By focusing on blood purification and balancing Pitta dosha and detoxifying Panchakarma techniques like Raktamokshana (bloodletting). My approach targets dietary and lifestyle triggers, offering sustainable results for clients who previously relied on temporary solutions like topical steroids. My dual expertise in Ayurveda and modern medicine allows me to create integrative treatment plans that are both effective and safe. I am deeply committed to patient education, empowering individuals to embrace Ayurvedic principles for sustainable health. Through this online platform, I am excited to offer virtual consultations, making the profound benefits of Ayurveda accessible to all. Whether you seek relief from a specific condition or aim to enhance overall vitality, I look forward to guiding you on your journey to balance and well-being with compassion and expertise.

Dr. Snehal Tasgaonkar
I am an Ayurvedic physician with around 7 yrs clinical experience, though honestly—feels like I’ve lived double that in patient hours. I studied from a govt. medical college (reputed one) where I got deep into classical Ayurvedic texts n clinical logic. I treat everything from chronic stuff like arthritis, IBS, eczema... to more sudden conditions that just pop up outta nowhere. I try to approach each case by digging into the *why*, not just the *what*. I mean—anyone can treat pain, but if you don’t catch the doshic imbalance or metabolic root, it just comes bak right? I use Nadi Pariksha a lot, but also other classical signs to map prakriti-vikruti, dhatu status n agni condition... you know the drill. I like making people *understand* their own health too. Doesn’t make sense to hand meds without giving them tools to prevent a relapse. My Panchakarma training’s been a core part of my work. I do Abhyanga, Swedana, Basti etc regularly—not just detox but also as restorative therapy. Actually seen cases where patients came in exhausted, foggy... and post-Shodhana, they're just lit up. That part never gets old. Also I always tie diet & lifestyle changes into treatment. It’s non-negotiable for me, bcs long-term balance needs daily changes, not just clinic visits. I like using classical formulations but I stay practical too—if someone's not ready for full-scale protocol, I try building smaller habits. I believe healing’s not just abt treating symptoms—it’s abt helping the body reset, then stay there. I’m constantly refining what I do, trying to blend timeless Ayurvedic theory with real-time practical needs of today’s patients. Doesn’t always go perfect lol, but most times we see real shifts. That’s what keeps me going.

Dr. Ravi Chandra Rushi
I am working right now as a Consultant Ayurvedic Ano-Rectal Surgeon at Bhrigu Maharishi Ayurvedic Hospital in Nalgonda—and yeah, that name’s quite something, but what really keeps me here is the kind of cases we get. My main focus is managing ano-rectal disorders like piles (Arsha), fistula-in-ano (Bhagandara), fissure-in-ano (Parikartika), pilonidal sinus, and rectal polyps. These are often more complex than they look at first, and they get misdiagnosed or overtreated in a lotta places. That’s where our classical tools come in—Ksharasutra therapy, Agnikarma, and a few other para-surgical techniques we follow from the Samhitas...they’ve been lifesavers honestly. My work here pushes me to keep refining surgical precision while also sticking to the Ayurvedic core. I do rely on modern diagnostics when needed, but I won’t replace the value of a well-done Nadi Pariksha or assessing dosha-vikruti in depth. Most of my patients come with pain, fear, and usually after a couple of rounds of either incomplete surgeries or just being fed painkillers n antibiotics. And I totally get that frustration. That’s why I combine surgery with a whole support plan—Ayurvedic meds, diet changes, lifestyle tweaks that actually match their prakriti. Not generic stuff off a handout. Over time, I’ve seen that when people follow the whole protocol, not just the procedure part, the recurrence drops a lot. I’m quite particular about follow-up and wound care too, ‘cause we’re dealing with delicate areas here and ignoring post-op can ruin outcomes. Oh and yeah—I care a lot about educating folks too. I talk to patients in OPD, sometimes give community talks, just to tell people they do have safer options than cutting everything out under GA! I still study Shalya Tantra like it’s a living document. I try to stay updated with whatever credible advancements are happening in Ayurvedic surgery, but I filter what’s fluff and what’s actually useful. At the end of the day, my aim is to offer respectful, outcome-based care that lets patients walk out without shame or fear. That’s really what keeps me grounded in this field.

Dr. Shazia Amreen
I am Dr. Shazia Amreen, an Ayurvedic physcian with a little over 7 years of hands-on experience in clinical practice. I did my MD in Ayurveda from Government Ayurveda Medical College, Bangalore—and honestly, those years helped me go much deeper into the classical texts and the clinical ground. Not just theory... actual healing. Since 2017, I’ve worked closely with a diverse set of patients—from chronic gut problems to skin & hair concerns, musculoskeletal issues, hormonal imbalances, kidney stones, you name it. My core strength really lies in Panchakarma and gastrointestinal healing, where I don’t just jump into detox, but take time to see where the agni is, how deep the ama has gone, and whether the body’s ready to reset. I’m very rooted in classical assessment—looking at dosha imbalance, dhatu state, and prakriti before planning anything. But also, I keep it grounded in modern daily life. What’s the point of a great herbal blend if the person can’t sleep on time or digest their food properly, right? That’s why I focus big on Ahara-Vihara guidance. I don’t just hand over a diet list—I walk people through why those changes matter, and how to make them sustainable. In my practice, I often blend Rasayana chikitsa with basic lifestyle coaching, especially for cases like IBS, PCOS, eczema, migraines, or stress-triggered flareups. Each case is unique, and I don’t believe in repeating the same formula just because it worked for someone else. I also emphasize emotional reset, especially in long-standing chronic cases—sometimes people carry fear, shame, or frustration about their illness. I try to hold space for that too. Whether it’s someone coming in for general detox, a fertility consult, or just confused by their symptoms—I aim to build a plan that makes sense to them. It should feel doable. Balanced. And over time, it should make them feel like they’re coming back home to their own body. That’s the kind of Ayurvedic care I believe in—and try to deliver every single day.

Dr. Shaniba P
I am an Ayurvedic doctor, someone who’s pretty much built her clinical journey around natural healing, balance and yeah—just trying to help ppl feel a bit more whole again. I work mostly with conditions that kinda stay with people... like joint pain that won’t go away, periods all over the place, kids falling sick again n again, or just the kind of stress that messes up digestion n sleep n everything in between. A lot of my practice circles around arthritis, lower back pain, PCOD-ish symptoms, antenatal care, immunity problems in kids, and those quiet mental health imbalances ppl often don't talk much about. My approach isn’t just pulling herbs off a shelf and calling it a day. I spend time with classical diagnosis—checking Prakriti, figuring out doshas, seeing how much of this is physical and how much is coming from daily routine or emotional burnout. And treatments? Usually a mix of traditional Ayurvedic meds, Panchakarma (only if needed!!), changing food habits, tweaking the daily rhythm, and honestly... just slowing down sometimes. I’m also really into helping ppl understand themselves better—like once someone gets how their body is wired, things make more sense. I talk to patients about what actually suits their dosha, what throws them off balance, and how they can stop chasing quick fixes that don’t stick. Education's a big part of it. And yes, I’ve had patients walk in for constant cold and walk out realizing it’s more about weak agni n poor gut routines than just low immunity. Every case’s diff. Some are simple. Some not. But whether it’s a young woman trying to fix her cycles without hormones or a 6-year-old catching colds every week, I try building plans that last—not just short term relief stuff. Healing takes time and needs trust from both sides. End of the day, I try to keep it rooted—classical where it matters but flexible enough to blend with the world we're livin in rn. That balance is tricky, but worth it.

Dr. M.Sushma
I am Dr. Sushma M and yeah, I’ve been in Ayurveda for over 20 yrs now—honestly still learning from it every day. I mostly work with preventive care, diet logic, and prakriti-based guidance. I mean, why wait for full-blown disease when your body’s been whispering for years, right? I’m kinda obsessed with that early correction part—spotting vata-pitta-kapha imbalances before they spiral into something deeper. Most ppl don’t realize how much power food timing, digestion rhythm, & basic routine actually have… until they shift it. Alongside all that classical Ayurveda, I also use energy medicine & color therapy—those subtle layers matter too, esp when someone’s dealing with long-term fatigue or emotional heaviness. These things help reconnect not just the body, but the inner self too. Some ppl are skeptical at first—but when you treat *beyond* the doshas, they feel it. And I don’t force anything… I just kinda match what fits their nature. I usually take time understanding a person’s prakriti—not just from pulse or skin or tongue—but how they react to stress, sleep patterns, their relationship with food. That whole package tells the story. I don’t do textbook treatment lines—I build a plan that adjusts *with* the person, not on top of them. Over the years, watching patients slowly return to their baseline harmony—that's what keeps me in it. I’ve seen folks come in feeling lost in symptoms no one explained… and then walk out weeks later understanding their body better than they ever did. That, to me, is healing. Not chasing symptoms, but restoring rhythm. I believe true care doesn’t look rushed, or mechanical. It listens, observes, tweaks gently. That's the kind of Ayurveda I try to practice—not loud, but deeply rooted.

Dr. Sara Garg
I am someone who believes Ayurveda isn’t just some old system — it’s alive, and actually still works when you use it the way it's meant to be used. My practice mostly revolves around proper Ayurvedic diagnosis (rogi & roga pariksha types), Panchakarma therapies, and ya also a lot of work with herbal medicine — not just prescribing but sometimes preparing stuff myself when needed. I really like that hands-on part actually, like knowing where the herbs came from and how they're processed... changes everything. One of the things I pay a lot of attention to is how a person's lifestyle is playing into their condition. Food, sleep, bowel habits, even small emotional patterns that people don't even realize are affecting their digestion or immunity — I look at all of it before jumping to treatment. Dietary therapy isn’t just telling people to eat less fried food lol. It’s more about timing, combinations, seasonal influence, and what suits their prakriti. That kind of detail takes time, and sometimes patients don’t get why it matters at first.. but slowly it clicks. Panchakarma — I do it when I feel it's needed. Doesn’t suit everyone all the time, but in the right case, it really clears the stuck layers. But again, it's not magic — people need to prep properly and follow instructions. That's where strong communication matters. I make it a point to explain everything without dumping too much Sanskrit unless they’re curious. I also try to keep things simple, like I don’t want patients feeling intimidated or overwhelmed with 10 things at once. We go step by step — sometimes slow, sometimes quick depending on the case. There’s no “one protocol fits all” in Ayurveda and frankly I get bored doing same thing again and again. Whether it’s a fever that won’t go or long-term fatigue or gut mess — I usually go deep into what's behind it. Surface-level fixes don’t last. I rather take the time than rush into wrong herbs. It’s more work, ya, but makes a diff in long run.

Dr. Snehal Vidhate
I am Dr. Snehal Vidhate, born n brought up in Maharashtra—and honestly, for as long as I remember I’ve felt this pull towards Ayurveda. Not the fancy version ppl throw around, but the deep, real kind that actually helps ppl. I did my BAMS from YMT Ayurvedic Medical College in Kharghar. That’s where I got my basics strong—like really studied the shastras, understood prakriti, doshas, the whole deal. Not just crammed theory but started to see how it shows up in real lives. After finishing BAMS, I got into this one-year certificate course at Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth, Delhi—honestly a turning point. I was super lucky to learn Kerala Ayurveda from my Guru, Prof. Dr. G.G. Gangadharan. He’s got this way of seeing things... simple but deep. That time with him taught me more than any textbook ever could. It kinda reshaped how I look at health, healing n how precise Ayurveda can be when you respect its roots. Right now I’m doing my MD in Panchakarma from SDM Ayurveda College, Bangalore. This place is like a hub for serious Ayurveda work. The Panchakarma training here? Super intense. We go deep into detoxification & rasayana therapy—not just theory again, but hands-on. I’m learning to blend classical techniques with today’s clinical demands.. like how to make Vamana or Basti actually doable in modern patient setups. My current practice is really about merging tradition with logic. Whether it’s chronic skin issues, gut problems, stress burnout or hormone stuff—my goal is to get to the root, not just hush the symptoms. I use Panchakarma when needed, but also a lot of ahara-vihara tweaks, medhya herbs, sometimes just slowing ppl down a bit helps. I really believe Ayurveda’s power is in its simplicity when done right. I don’t try to fix ppl—I work *with* them. And honestly, every patient teaches me something back.

Dr. Ayush Bansal
I am an Ayurveda doctor with about 1 yr of hands on clinical practice, still learning everyday from patients and the science itself. My journey started as a VOPD doctor with Hiims Hospital under Jeena Sikho Lifecare Ltd. For 6 months I was into virtual consultations, understanding cases online, preparing treatment protocols and doing follow ups to track progress. That phase trained me well in quick patient assesment and also in explaining Ayurveda in a way that fit with modern expectations. I dealt with many chronic and acute cases during that time.. things like gastric issues, joint pain, stress related complaints, skin problems. The remote setting forced me to sharpen my diagnostic skill and rely more on careful history taking, prakriti analysis, and lifestyle understanding. After that, I moved to a Resident Doctor role at Chauhan Ayurved and Panchkarma Hospital, Udaipur. This was very different.. more practical, hands on, and really grounded me in classical Panchakarma. I was actively part of planning and performing therapies like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Abhyanga, Shirodhara, and other detox and rejuvenation procedures. Many patients came with long standing spine issues, metabolic disorders, skin complaints, or hormonal imbalance and I got to see how tailored Panchakarma protocols and lifestyle advice together can bring changes that medicines alone couldn’t. Working closely with senior consultants gave me better clarity on safety, step by step planning and how to balance classical texts with practical hospital settings. Now, whether in OPD consultations or Panchkarma wards, I try to meet patients with empathy and patience. I focus on root cause correction, using herbs, diet, daily routine guidance, and therapy whenever needed. My belief is that Ayurveda should be accessible and authentic, not complicated or intimidating. My aim is simple—help people move towards long term wellness, not just temporary relief. I see health as balance of body, mind and routine.. and I want my practice to guide patients gently into that space.

Dr. Akshay Negi
I am currently pursuing my MD in Panchakarma, and by now I carry 3 yrs of steady clinical experience. Panchakarma for me is not just detox or some fancy retreat thing — it’s the core of how Ayurveda actually works to reset the system. During my journey I’ve handled patients with arthritis flares, chronic back pain, migraine, digestive troubles, hormonal imbalance, even skin and stress-related disorders... and in almost every case Panchakarma gave space for deeper healing than medicines alone. Working hands-on with procedures like Vamana, Virechana, Basti, Nasya, and Raktamokshana gave me a lot of practical insight. It's not just about performing the therapy, but understanding timing, patient strength, diet before and after, and how their mind-body reacts to cleansing. Some respond quick, others struggle with initial discomfort, and that’s where real patient support matters. I learnt to watch closely, adjust small details, and guide them through the whole process safely. My approach is always patient-centric. I don’t believe in pushing the same package to everyone. I first assess prakriti, agni, mental state, lifestyle, then decide what works best. Sometimes full Panchakarma isn’t even needed — simple modifications, herbs, or limited therapy sessions can bring results. And when full shodhana is required, I plan it in detail with proper purvakarma & aftercare, cause that’s what makes outcomes sustainable. The last few years made me more confident not just in procedures but in the philosophy behind them. Panchakarma isn’t a quick fix — it demands patience, discipline, trust. But when done right, it gives relief that lasts, and that’s why I keep refining how I practice it.

Dr. Narendrakumar V Mishra
I am a Consulting Ayurvedic Physician practicing since 1990—feels strange saying “over three decades” sometimes, but yeah, that’s the journey. I’ve spent these years working closely with chronic conditions that don’t always have clear answers in quick fixes. My main work has been around skin disorders, hair fall, scalp issues, and long-standing lifestyle stuff like diabetes, arthritis, and stress that kinda lingers under everything else. When someone walks into my clinic, I don’t jump to treat the problem on the surface. I start by understanding their *prakriti* and *vikriti*—what they’re made of, and what’s currently out of sync. That lets me build treatment plans that actually *fit* their system—not just push a medicine and hope it works. I use a mix of classical formulations, panchakarma if needed, dietary corrections, and slow, practical lifestyle changes. No overnight miracle talk. Just steady support. Hair fall and skin issues often feel cosmetic from outside—but internally? It’s about digestion, stress, liver, hormones... I’ve seen patients try 10+ things before landing in front of me. And sometimes they just need someone to *listen* before throwing herbs at the problem. That’s something I never skip. With arthritis and diabetes too, I take the same root-cause path. I give Ayurvedic medicines, but also work with *dinacharya*, *ahar* rules, and ways to reduce the load modern life puts on the body. We discuss sleep, food timing, mental state, all of it. I’ve also worked a lot with people dealing with high stress—career burnout, anxiety patterns, overthinking—and my approach there includes Ayurvedic counseling, herbal mind support, breathing routines... depends what suits them. My foundation is built on classical *samhitas*, clinical observation, and actual time with patients—not theories alone. My goal has always been simple: to help people feel well—not just for a few weeks, but in a way that actually lasts. Healing that feels like *them*, not just protocol. That’s what I keep aiming for.
