I am feeling really confused about sugarcane lately! I’ve been trying to make healthier choices, and someone told me sugarcane is heat, but then I heard it could also be cold. It’s all so mixed up! Last week, I had a bad bout of acidity and thought maybe it was because I’ve been drinking a lot of sugarcane juice, which I thought was cooling, right? But then again, someone mentioned it could actually increase pitta. I even did some reading on my own after that, like checking how sugarcane affects digestion and body temperature, but man, all the info contradicts each other! Sometimes, I feel hot and bothered after consuming it, and other times, it feels refreshing, especially in the summer. What really gets me is when I hear people say sugarcane is heat! Is sugarcane heat or cold? Should I be avoiding it considering my acidity issues? Or is it okay as a cooler option for the hot months? Really hoping to understand what’s what because I'm trying to balance my diet and don’t wanna keep making things worse. Any insights would be super helpful!
