I am really confused about something I recently learned about sugarcane juice. A friend of mine was talking about how it affects the body differently depending on the weather or whatever. Like, she insisted that sugarcane juice is cold for the body, while someone else claimed it's actually hot. I mean, I always thought it was refreshing, especially in summer, but now I'm not sure if that means it’s cold or not? Last week, I tried drinking sugarcane juice every day after workouts because I thought it would help with rehydration. I felt good at first, but then I noticed I started sweating a lot more, and my stomach felt kinda weird too. I also heard that sugarcane juice could have some heating properties if you drink too much of it? Is that true? Is drinking sugarcane juice daily okay? Does sugarcane juice have different effects if it’s hot outside versus when it’s cooler, or does it just depend on the person's body type? Should I be worried about drinking it too often? I really hope someone can clear this up, 'cause I’m honestly kinda freakin’ out about it! 📅😅
